Amazing Wagyu steak! Seasoned and cooked to perfection. Also try the pork belly appetizer.
One of the best meals I have ever had. Ordered the steak tasting menu (dry-aged, American Wagyu & Japanese Wagyu) and it was amazing. Best way to compare the 3 and their different taste.

Suckling pig & genuine Japanese A5 wagyu. Delicious and most unusual foie gras dishes...Foieffle (waffle w/ foie), Foie s'mores, Foie wrapped in cotton candy. If you like foie gras, you must try it!
Enjoyed the classic tartar, the vaca vieja, and wagyu — i.e. beef three ways.

Love the Kobe beef springrolls and the seabass
The sea bass is good. The kobe beef "roll" was good but the panko could be crispier. We got a pitcher of Dragon Slayer, good but a bit sweet for a pitcher. Take that into consideration.
Get the Kobe beef tartar roll! You won't regret it.
13. Strip Steak
High grade Kobe steaks basted with butter before cooking. What else is there to say?
If only once in your life, get the A5 WAGYU. Mind. Blown. Get Katie for your server, very knowledgeable and the first "Scotch Whisky Sommelier" I've met!
Save yourself an extra $20 and don't order the dry wagyu. Kc was cooked to juicy perfection.

Wagyu beef is THE BEST steak I've ever had. I love the atmosphere and the view of the water show at night.
Well worth it! My favorite is the 14oz strip with soy ginger glaze. Excellent martinis for a change of pace from wine.
The garlic-rubbed kobe beef is heavenly. If they have it; try it. It's one of the best items in the whole buffet.
The Kobe Beef is off the chain!
Wish they cook the Kobe beef the Japanese way where it's thicker pieces that melts in your mouth. Some Crab legs were frozen, with ice on it. Not much to the dessert table.
